Berry Studio（下称「本服务」）是一个在浏览器中运行的拼豆图纸生成工具：你把图片交给它，它按拼豆色卡把图片换算成带色号、可直接照着拼的图纸。
图片只在你自己的浏览器里处理，不会上传到任何服务器，我们也不会收到或保存你的图片。
支付由 Creem 处理。Creem 作为商户记录方（Merchant of Record），是本服务所售数字产品的法定销售方，负责收款、按适用税法计算并代缴税费（含增值税 / GST / 销售税），并以其名义开具发票。
我们不接触、不保存你的银行卡号或支付凭证；相关支付信息由 Creem 及其支付服务商处理。
无论哪种套餐，授予的都是个人使用授权，不可转让。你可以把自己生成的图纸用于个人手工制作、赠送，或小批量成品出售；但不得转售、分发图纸文件本身，也不得把生成的图纸打包成素材包、模板包对外提供。
本服务交付的是数字文件，具有即时可复制性。已成功下载无水印大图后，不支持无理由退款。
以下情况请在 14 天内联系我们，经核实后全额退款：付款成功但未收到文件、重复扣款、文件损坏无法打开。
欧盟 / 英国消费者：在你完成付款并开始下载时，即视为你要求立即履行服务，并确认放弃 14 天无理由撤回权。
所有价格均以美元（US$）计价与结算。若你使用人民币或其他非美元方式付款（例如支付宝），退款一律按原支付币种美元结算，最终退回你账户的金额会受当日汇率及银行、支付机构规则影响，可能与你当初实付的本币金额存在少量差异，该差异不属于少额退款。
关于支付宝：支付宝通道仅支持一次性付款（单张、永久），不支持包月等自动续费订阅；订阅需使用银行卡、Apple Pay 或 Google Pay。
你对上传的图片保留全部权利。你需确认自己拥有使用该图片的合法权利，且不侵犯他人著作权、肖像权或其他权益。
不得利用本服务制作、传播侵权、违法或有害内容。不得对本服务进行逆向破解、批量抓取或以规避付费为目的的技术攻击。
本服务按「现状」提供。色号匹配是基于 MARD 拼豆色卡的近似计算，与实体豆子可能存在细微色差，这属于正常现象，不构成服务瑕疵。因设备性能、浏览器版本造成的运行缓慢或失败，我们不承担赔偿责任。
MARD 为其权利人所有的商标。Berry Studio 与 MARD 没有任何隶属、赞助或授权关系，也不代表 MARD 官方。文中出现的色卡编号仅用于说明颜色兼容性，方便你按编号购买豆子。
我们可能更新本条款，最新版本始终发布在本页面。条款发生重大变更后继续使用本服务，视为接受更新后的条款。

Berry Studio is a browser-based tool that converts an image you provide into a bead pattern chart with color codes.
Your images are processed entirely inside your own browser. They are never uploaded to any server, and we never receive or store them.
Payments are processed by Creem. Creem acts as the Merchant of Record and is the legal seller of the digital products offered here. Creem handles billing, calculates and remits applicable taxes (VAT / GST / sales tax), and issues invoices in its own name.
We never see or store your card number or payment credentials. Payment details are handled by Creem and its payment providers.
All plans grant a personal, non-transferable license. You may use the patterns you generate for personal crafting, gifts, or small-batch sale of finished pieces. You may not resell or redistribute the pattern files themselves, or package generated patterns as a template or asset pack.
Because a digital file is delivered immediately and can be copied, purchases are final once a clean file has been successfully downloaded.
Contact us within 14 days for a full refund if: you paid but received no file, you were charged twice, or the file is corrupted and cannot be opened.
Consumers in the EU / UK: by completing your purchase and starting the download, you request immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal.
All prices are denominated and settled in US dollars (US$). If you paid in another currency, refunds are issued in US dollars; the amount credited back may differ slightly from what you originally paid in your local currency due to exchange rates and your bank's or payment provider's rules. Such a difference is not an under-refund.
Alipay is available for one-time payments only (single pattern and lifetime). It cannot be used for recurring subscriptions; the monthly plan requires a card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
You retain all rights to the images you upload. You confirm that you have the right to use them and that doing so does not infringe any copyright, likeness, or other third-party right.
Do not use the service to create or distribute infringing, unlawful, or harmful material. Do not reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to bypass the paid features.
The service is provided "as is". Color matching is an approximation derived from the MARD bead chart and may differ slightly from physical beads; this is expected and is not a defect. We are not liable for slowness or failure caused by your device or browser.
MARD is a trademark of its respective owner. Berry Studio is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by MARD. Color codes are referenced solely to describe color compatibility so you can purchase beads by code.
We may update these terms; the current version is always published on this page. Continued use after a material change constitutes acceptance.
